About Nina

In 2011, Nina began her career in sales with one of the leading automotive suppliers in the world. For over 10 years, she led international sales teams and worked closely with strategic customers. During her time in this field, she gained valuable experience in managing teams, building relationships with clients and driving business results as a sales director.​

A spine fracture in 2018 forced her to take a time out, during which she could reevaluate her professional path. Gaining clarity and perspective on her future career purpose, she embarked on a university certificate in positive psychology and subsequently a certification in systemic coaching.​

After a sabbatical in 2021, road-tripping through Europe for 6 months, it was time to pivot professionally. Within corporate she shifted into a part-time people & culture developer role, while building her own business for leadership and business coaching in parallel.​

Bringing a unique blend of international leadership experience, sales and personnel development expertise, and systemic coaching to the table, she supports individuals and organisations in achieving their full potential through personal and professional transformation. ​Based in Germany (Saarbrücken), she works with customers all over the world.
